ARCHITECTURE + SCENOGRAPHY
Within the buzzing downtown area of Brussels, the owner of Menma restaurant wishes to welcome customers with warmth, joy and an authentic ambiance.
The restaurant is not considered a high-end sushi restaurant and is not considered a typical Asian fast food noodle shop.
The aim was to provide a sense of well-being and hospitality with a counter around the open kitchen. The feeling is further emphasized with the design mostly made of solid oak, laminated oak and veneered oak, comfortable to touch and lean against.
