The smallest building in the public sector that we have created, with only two weeks on site and with the help of local children. Made with patience, foolhardiness, joy, sweat, arguments, reconciliation, all in a hip-hop atmosphere.

Remain alert because there are social emergencies: social workers need to get directly in touch with the young people wherever they are, in public spaces and in the streets.

Social enterprise : the CDC employed ten youngsters in Ottignies between the ages of 16 and 18 for two weeks to renovate and transform a caravan into a mobile urban office. All shared the role of architect-contractor-labourer-organiser.

Independent energy sources : to avoid depending on the public energy network, a gas cylinder and four photovoltaic solar panels heat and supply electricity to the 8m² mobile office.
