La ferme de Ver stands in the provincial horizon of Liège. In front of this haven of peace, the house blends into the landscape, in shades reminiscent of the farm and fields.
But the ground is misguided : the landscape to contemplate is to the north, and access from the street is to the south. Bays north thus open to landscape to optimal positions in each room, and those to the south open to the sun to optimal positions which let light rays at the heart of the house throughout the year, at times clearly defined.

The ground floor comprises of the main living areas, and provides an opportunity to include a room and toilets for possible use by a person with reduced mobility. The first floor contains the bedrooms, bathrooms and an office, with a possible extension under the roof volume in the future.
