The building is located in the historic area of Saint Josse in Brussels. The volume and the facade of the project respects the traditional Belgian architecture in the street and maintains the harmony of the district. This building has four different apartments. The facade has a folding line to provide as much as large a space as possible in inside of the apartments, because of the limited size of the building plot.

Moreover, the ground floor has a set back area achieved by folding the line inwards, so that the entrance area can have a canopy from the street. The top floor has a terrace on the street side to give a beautiful site of the city at the same time keeping the cornice line of neighbours.
